As an autism mom in South Florida, I created The Sweet Spectrum out of necessity when it became clear that balancing a traditional corporate schedule with my family’s therapy needs simply wasn’t sustainable.

What started as a practical solution for flexibility became something I never expected: a creative outlet, a growing business, and a community of incredible mothers and supporters who understand this journey.

The Sweet Spectrum is more than cookies to me — it’s proof that sometimes life’s hardest pivots can lead to something unexpectedly sweet.
